Suicide Call Back Service – 1300 659 467
The Suicide Call Back Service is a 24-hour, nationwide service that provides telephone and online counselling to people 15 years and over who fit one of the following categories:
People who are suicidal
People caring for someone who is suicidal
People bereaved by suicide
Health professionals supporting people affected by suicide.
The Suicide Call Back Service is especially suited to people who are geographically or emotionally isolated.

A suicide prevention call-back service providing a safe place for people with a lived experience of suicide to connect with others with a similar lived experience for a chat, in a shared space of compassion, understanding and respect.
will be asked to leave a message with some specific details. Once you have left your message, a Peer CARE Companion will call you back within 48 hours to arrange/confirm a mutual time for you to have a conversation.

Care in Mind - 1300 096 269
Wellbeing Support Services: for lower-intensity needs. Phone and online counselling available 24/7.
Targeted Psychological Support Services: for mild to moderate mental illness, up to 12 sessions.
Intensive Support Services: for people experiencing more severe mental illness and requiring more intensive support.
Suicide Prevention and Support Services: for people at risk of suicide or self-harm, who receive up to 8 sessions. This is not an acute or crisis service.
