Mindful Moves is a holistic fitness and well-being initiative created by the Macedon Ranges Suicide Prevention Action Group (MRSPAG) to integrate physical activity with mental health awareness and support.
This program is designed to be family-friendly, inclusive, and accessible to individuals of all fitness levels.
Through a combination of exercise, mental health discussions, and community engagement, Mindful Moves provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can focus on both their physical and mental well-being.
A qualified local fitness trainer leads each session Mindful Moves Session and incorporates a variety of elements, including fitness games, full-body workouts, and cool-down activities.
Alongside physical exercise, we provide valuable resources and discussions on mental health, offering pathways to connect with local support services and encouraging open conversations about mental well-being.
This initiative is part of a 12-month campaign to rotate Mindful Moves across different locations in the Macedon Ranges Shire, ensuring accessibility for all community members.
Join us for an uplifting experience that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.
